Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can of chicken broth
  • 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • Sliced carrots
  • Sliced celery
  • 1/2 can of peas
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • Crumbled bacon
  • Parsley flakes
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can of flaky biscuits

Instructions:

  • Begin by placing the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth and both cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  • Add sliced carrots, celery, and diced onion to the crockpot according to your preference.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes over the ingredients, adjusting the amount to your taste.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours, remove the chicken breasts and shred them. Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
  • Add crumbled bacon and peas to the crockpot, stirring everything together.
  • Break up the flaky biscuits into pieces and add them to the crockpot, ensuring they are submerged in the mixture.
  • Continue cooking on high for another hour or until the biscuits are cooked through.
  • Once done, serve and enjoy this delicious and comforting dish!
