Moose Droppings Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (300 ml Canada, 14 oz US)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut (fine or medium)
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- Additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling the cookie balls
Instructions:
- Melt the butter and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Add the graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour before rolling it into 1 1/4-inch balls. Keep them on the smaller side as they are quite rich.
- Roll the balls in additional graham cracker crumbs and chill until firm.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Yield: 40 cookie balls
