Philly Cheese Steak Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef.
- Once partially browned, add the chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until the meat is fully browned and the vegetables begin to soften.
- Add the seasoned salt and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another 30 seconds. Drain any excess grease.
- Layer the browned beef in the bottom of a well-greased 9×9 baking dish.
- Top the beef with the slices of provolone cheese.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy whipping cream, Worcestershire sauce, and eggs. Pour this mixture over the beef and cheese in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through.
