- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 4 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized bowl, thoroughly combine the beaten eggs and milk.

- Place the chicken pieces into the bag, seal it, and shake until the chicken is evenly coated with the flour mixture.
- Dredge each flour-coated chicken piece in the egg mixture, ensuring it’s thoroughly coated, then coat it once again in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 365 degrees Fahrenheit (185 degrees Celsius). Carefully add the chicken pieces, frying until golden brown on all sides.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking the chicken for an additional 30 minutes or until it’s cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
