Delectable Spaghetti Bolognese 🍝
Irresistible Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients:
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 300g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400ml tomatoes (canned or fresh, blended)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 250g spaghetti
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add minced meat. Fry for 5 minutes until browned.
- Add finely chopped onion to the meat and fry together for 3 more minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and mix well.
- Pour in blended tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Cook for a few minutes.
- Add warm water to the sauce, stir, and let it simmer.
- In a separate pot, cook spaghetti until done as per package instructions.
- Drain the spaghetti and toss it with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Serve the spaghetti with the delicious Bolognese sauce on top.
