Lavash Wrap with Chicken and Avocado
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of tortilla or lavash
- 1 small chicken breast
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 25g of any cheese
- a handful of spinach
- spices to taste
- you can also add any vegetables you like
Preparation:
- Fry the chicken breast. You can use a grill or a frying pan.
- Cut the avocado in half, mash it with a fork, and spread it on the lavash.
- Next, add the spinach (or you can substitute it with any other salad).
- Grate the cheese and spread it on the lavash.
- Then add the tomato, sliced into rings.
- Finally, add the previously cooked chicken breast.
- Roll up the lavash and fry it on a pan on both sides.
