Father’s Day calls for something special! 🥩🦞 Indulge in our Surf and Turf Dinner – the perfect blend of land and sea.

Ingredients:

  • 2 New York Strip steaks, about 12 oz each
  • 2 lobster tails, about 6 oz each
  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cooking Time: 60 minutes | Total Time: 80 minutes
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Potatoes: Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake directly on the rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  4. Steak: Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet with olive oil over high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Lobster Tails: Cut the lobster shells lengthwise. Lift the tail meat slightly and place butter and garlic underneath. Place on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes until opaque.
  6. Asparagus: Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a baking sheet in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Loaded Baked Potatoes: Slice the top of each potato, fluff with a fork, and add butter, sour cream, chives, bacon bits, and cheddar cheese.
