Calling All Foodies: Join Our Culinary Adventure!

Now, onto our latest culinary creation: Chicken and Green Bean Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- ΒΌ cup vegetable oil, plus 2 tbsp or more as needed
Vegetables:
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup steamed green beans (in a bag) (*See notes below*)
- Β½ tbsp minced garlic cloves
- ΒΌ tsp ginger (optional)
Seasonings:
- 1 tsp garlic powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- β tsp sesame oil
- 1 ΒΌ cup sweet chili sauce
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine diced chicken with a tablespoon of oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Ensure each piece of chicken is coated evenly.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Working in small batches, add the chicken, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook until crispy and golden brown. If needed, add more oil to prevent sticking.
- Once the chicken is cooked, set it aside. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and sautΓ© until tender. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with green beans, sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Stir until well combined and the chicken and green beans are coated in the sauce.
- Serve the delicious stir-fry immediately over rice and enjoy the burst of flavors!
