These pancakes taste similar to cheesecakes, but the batter is not as dense due to less flour. Bananas add aroma and delightful flavor to the bake.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • Cottage cheese 5% – 200 g
  • Eggs – 2 pieces
  • Banana – 1 piece
  • Rice flour – 60 g
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
  • Sour cream 15% (for serving) – 160 g

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Fry on a non-stick skillet on both sides. Serve with sour cream.
