Apple Pancakes 🍏πŸ₯ž

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • Apple – 250 g
  • Kefir – 150 g
  • Egg – 1
  • Flour – 100 g (we used a 50/50 mixture of oat and rice flour)
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Peel and grate the apple using a coarse grater, add kefir, beat in the egg, and mix. Add flour, baking powder.
  2. Fry over medium-low heat, always covered.
