A quick and easy recipe for lazy days. Cottage cheese dumplings, creamy sauce, chocolate, and cherries – an amazingly delicious combination!

Ingredients for 2 servings:

For the dumplings:

  • Cottage cheese (5%) – 320 g
  • Egg – 1
  • Fitparad Sweetener No.7 – 3 g
  • Rice flour – 90 g

For the sauce:

  • Milk (1.5%) – 360 g
  • Fitparad Sweetener No.7 – 2 g
  • Egg yolk – 2
  • Cornstarch – 16 g

For garnish:

  • Unsweetened chocolate
  • Berries (we used cherries)

Instructions:

  1. Mix cottage cheese with egg, sweetener, and flour, knead a soft dough.
  2. Roll out the dough into a sausage shape, cut into small dumplings. Drop the dumplings into boiling salted water with 1 tsp vegetable oil. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. While the dumplings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In milk, add egg yolk, sweetener, and cornstarch, mix well. Constantly stirring, heat until slightly thickened.
  4. Put some sauce in a bowl, top with dumplings, pour the remaining sauce, add your favorite berries (we used frozen cherries), and sprinkle with unsweetened chocolate on top.
