If you haven’t tried these roasted potatoes yet, you’re in for a treat. These are hands down the most delicious roasted potatoes you’ll ever make. I guarantee they will become your new favorite way to enjoy potatoes! They are incredibly simple to prepare—boiled, seasoned, drizzled with butter and olive oil, and then baked to perfection until they are crispy on the outside. Their versatility makes them an excellent side dish for almost any main course. 🥔🥘

Recipe:

Ingredients 🛒

  • Small or Baby Potatoes, unpeeled
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Melted Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Wash and clean the unpeeled potatoes, then cook them in a saucepan filled with water until tender. Drain and let them cool until they can be handled comfortably.
  2. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  3. Prepare a shallow baking dish by lining it with baking paper.
  4. Place the potatoes on the baking paper and use a glass to smash them down. The thickness of the potatoes will determine their crunchiness—the thinner they are, the crunchier they will be.
  5. Drizzle the tops with melted butter, season with onion and garlic powder, then add a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Roast the potatoes on the top shelf of the oven for 35-40 minutes, until they are golden brown and the edges are crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
