Crispy Chicken Strips

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast
  • Toasted corn flakes
  • Flour
  • Beaten egg
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Ketchup
  • Pitted black olives

Preparation:

  1. Slice the chicken breast into strips, season them with salt, and lightly coat them with flour.
  2. Dip the floured chicken strips into the beaten egg, then coat them with crushed toasted corn flakes.
  3. Fry the strips in very hot extra virgin olive oil until they turn golden brown. Remove and place them on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.
