Crispy Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Toasted corn flakes
- Flour
- Beaten egg
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Ketchup
- Pitted black olives
Preparation:
- Slice the chicken breast into strips, season them with salt, and lightly coat them with flour.
- Dip the floured chicken strips into the beaten egg, then coat them with crushed toasted corn flakes.
- Fry the strips in very hot extra virgin olive oil until they turn golden brown. Remove and place them on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.
