  • 120ml milk
  • 150g all-purpose flour

  • 200g Greek Feta cheese, diced
  • 100g grated mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Step-by-Step Recipe:

1. Preparing the Spinach:

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.
  2. In a large pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the cooked spinach from the heat, allow it to cool, then finely chop it.

2. Mixing the Batter:

  1. Peel and finely chop the red onion and garlic cloves.
