Baked Feta with Olives & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

🧀 Baked Feta with Olives & Sun-Dried Tomatoes 🍅

Ingredients:

  • 8-ounce block of feta cheese
  • 1 cup pitted olives, drained
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
  • Sliced French bread or crostini, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Dish: Place the feta cheese block in a small baking dish. Arrange the pitted olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the cheese.
  3. Mix the Seasonings: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, sliced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, kosher salt, and fresh cracked pepper.
  4. Add Seasonings to Feta: Pour the seasoned olive oil mixture over the feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. For a slightly golden top, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm with slices of French bread or crostini.
