Ingredients:

  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Prepare the Coating Stations:
    • In the first shallow dish, place the all-purpose flour.
    • In the second dish, add the beaten eggs.

    • Lightly spray the asparagus fries with cooking spray.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
