Ferrero Rocher Fudge Brownies
Ingredients (US Cups):
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
- 1 and 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Ferrero Rocher chocolates, roughly chopped
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the Brownie Batter:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
- Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
- Incorporate Eggs and Flour:
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the flour until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Add Chocolates:
- Fold in the chopped Ferrero Rocher chocolates and semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the batter.
- Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, slice into squares and serve.
