Ingredients:

  • 1 Water Glass Size (200 ml)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups wheat flour

For Filling:

  • 4 sharp peppers, grated
  • 1 potato, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • Sausage, diced

For Cooking:

  • Oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs. Add sugar, water, milk, and yeast. Mix until combined.
    • Gradually add flour and salt, mixing well to form a smooth batter.
    • Cover the bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling:
    • Mix grated potatoes, chopped peppers, tomatoes, and diced sausage into the rested dough. Combine thoroughly.
  3. Cooking:
    • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it with oil.
    • Pour about 2 ladles of the prepared dough onto the pan, spreading it evenly into a round shape.
    • Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until browned as well.
    • Remove from the pan, slice into portions, and serve hot.
