Meatball and Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
- 10 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
- 500g ground beef or meat of your choice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 350g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 150g grated cheese
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped onion, salt, and pepper.
- Peel and slice the boiled potatoes. Arrange the potato slices evenly in an ovenproof dish.
- Shape the meat mixture into meatballs and place them over the potato slices in the dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sour cream mixture evenly over the meatballs and potatoes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 45 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over the casserole and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
