Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine kefir and baking powder. Beat until well mixed.
    • Add eggs, melted butter, and sugar to the mixture. Continue beating until smooth.
  2. Incorporate Flour:
    • Gradually sift in the flour into the bowl. Mix until the batter is thoroughly combined and smooth.
  3. Prepare the Cake:
    • Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
    • Grease a cake mold with butter or oil. Pour the prepared cake batter into the mold, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  4. Add Toppings:
