Easy Bread Recipe
Hello, my wonderful family! Today, I’m sharing a simple yet delicious recipe for homemade bread that you can easily make at home. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, this recipe will surely delight your taste buds.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons of instant yeast
- 1 cup of warm water
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Step 1: Activate the Yeast
In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, instant yeast, honey, and oil. Mix well and let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes frothy.
Step 2: Prepare the Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Step 3: Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir together until a dough forms.
Step 4: Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface or a chopping board. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Step 5: Let the Dough Rise
Grease a round baking pan with oil. Place the kneaded dough in the pan and cover it loosely with plastic wrap. Let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Step 6: Shape and Final Rise
After the dough has risen, punch it down gently. On a floured surface, flatten the dough into a rectangular shape. Roll it up tightly and pinch the edges to seal.
Grease a baking pan and place the rolled dough inside. Cover the pan loosely with plastic wrap and let it rise again for about 1 hour.
Step 7: Bake the Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove the plastic wrap from the pan and bake the bread for 35-40 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Step 8: Enjoy Your Freshly Baked Bread
Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. Slice and serve warm with butter, mayonnaise, honey, or enjoy it with a cup of tea.
Now, sit back, relax, and indulge in the wonderful aroma and taste of your homemade bread. Enjoy!
