Apple Pie Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 can of apple pie filling, mashed
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 medium apple, chopped
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Add the mashed apple pie filling and slightly beaten eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped apple.
- Grease two loaf pans and pour the batter evenly into them.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of the batter in each loaf pan.
- Bake in a preheated 325°F (165°C) oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
