Crispy Chicken Strips Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Roasted cornflakes
- Flour
- Beaten egg
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Ketchup
- Pitted black olives
Preparation:
- Slice the chicken breast into strips and season them with salt and pepper. Lightly coat each strip with flour.
- Dip the flour-coated chicken strips into the beaten egg, then roll them in crushed roasted cornflakes.
- Fry the coated chicken strips in hot extra virgin olive oil until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the oil and place them on kitchen or absorbent paper to drain any excess oil.
