Ingredients:

  • 2.2 lbs (1 kg) Ground beef mixture
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Knorrox All-in-one seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cups penne pasta, cooked according to package directions, drained, and set aside
  • ¼ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • ¼ cup green pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, grated
  • 250 ml fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Knorrox All-in-one seasoning

Method:

  1. Prepare the Meatballs: Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Knorrox All-in-one seasoning, and olive oil in a large bowl. Roll into balls and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  2. Cook the Penne Pasta: Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a large pan, sauté onions, green pepper, and garlic until softened. Add grated tomato and mushrooms, cook for an additional 2 minutes. Pour in fresh cream, simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine Everything: Gently stir in the cooked penne pasta and meatballs into the sauce, ensuring everything is well combined. Season to taste with Knorrox All-in-one seasoning.
  5. Serve: Optionally, sprinkle with cheese before serving.
