Ingredients:
- 1 kg of beef, cubed (medium fat)
- 300 grams of tail fat (internal fat)
- 2 medium onions
- 5 tomatoes
- 3 green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tea glass of cold water
Instructions:
- Begin by cubing the beef and tail fat.
- Dice the tomatoes, peppers, onions, and garlic finely.
- Heat a large, flat saç (griddle) over medium heat, grease it with oil, and add the tail fat. Fry until the fat is rendered.
- Add the cubed beef to the saç and roast until browned and cooked through.
- Incorporate the diced vegetables into the saç, followed by the spices (thyme, chili flakes, chili powder, black pepper, and salt). Continue roasting until the vegetables are tender and aromatic.
- Once everything is well roasted, add a tea glass of cold water to the saç. Mix thoroughly and simmer briefly.
