Ingredients:

  • 250g all-purpose flour
  • 3g dry yeast
  • 12g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 42g butter, melted
  • 125ml warm milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 12 sausages
  • 1 egg, beaten (for brushing)
  • Smoothie and parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, dry yeast, sugar, egg, melted butter, warm milk, and salt. Mix well until a smooth dough forms. Knead until homogeneous. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest for 90 minutes, allowing it to rise.
  2. After resting, divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long strip and wrap it around a sausage, making sure to seal the ends. Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet and let them rest for an additional 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 356ΒΊF (180Β°C).
  4. Brush the wrapped sausages with beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped parsley for decoration.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the pancillos are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or enjoy as they are.
