Breakfast Rolls with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage until fully cooked. Once done, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Eggs: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until just set.
  4. Assemble the Rolls: On a baking sheet, unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Fill the Dough: Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese onto each triangle.
  6. Roll Up: Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle to form a crescent shape.
  7. Bake: Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  8. Serve: Enjoy your warm breakfast rolls!
