Instructions
- Prepare the Potato Layer: In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, and dill. Mash and mix until smooth.
- Prepare the Tomato Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato paste, olive oil, salt, and oregano until well-blended.
