Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchinis thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds or sticks, depending on your preference.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  5. Air fry the zucchini at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through to promote even cooking.
  6. After 10 minutes, check the zucchini. If you prefer it crispier, continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
