Almond Amaretto Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and beat until well combined.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract and amaretto liqueur, mixing well.
Stir in sour cream and flour until just combined.
Pour batter over the crust in the pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes, until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, sprinkle toasted slivered almonds on top.
