  • 2 pounds Potatoes (Yukon Gold potatoes are recommended for best texture.)

  • 1 pie Pumpkin/Pecan Pie (Check for gluten-free crust if needed.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Prepare a roasting pan with a rack.
  2. Pat the turkey dry, rub with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and herbs, and place in the roasting pan.
  3. Roast the turkey, basting every 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Melt butter in a skillet, sauté celery and onions until soft. Mix with stuffing and broth in a bowl.
  5. Transfer stuffing to a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden.
  6. Trim green beans, season and roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until tender.
