Apple Pancakes ππ₯
Ingredients for 2 servings:
- Apple – 250 g
- Kefir – 150 g
- Egg – 1
- Flour – 100 g (we used a 50/50 mixture of oat and rice flour)
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
- Peel and grate the apple using a coarse grater, add kefir, beat in the egg, and mix. Add flour, baking powder.
- Fry over medium-low heat, always covered.
