Apple Pie Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of apple pie filling, mashed
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 medium apple, chopped

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the mashed apple pie filling and slightly beaten eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped apple.
  4. Grease two loaf pans and pour the batter evenly into them.
  5. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of the batter in each loaf pan.
  6. Bake in a preheated 325°F (165°C) oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
