- 8 large apricots, halved and pitted
- 8 slices of prosciutto or bacon
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Balsamic glaze, for drizzling (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
- Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking.
- Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits. Set aside.
