Asian-Inspired Chicken Stir-Fry 🍛
Experience a delightful fusion of flavors with this recipe for garlic and soy sauce marinated chicken fillet. Bursting with vibrant, sweet, and tangy notes complemented by a hint of spice, this Asian-inspired dish is a culinary adventure worth embarking on.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Chicken breast – 600 g
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Wasabi – 1 tbsp (optional)
- Sesame seeds – 30 g
Sauce ingredients:
- Water – 50 ml
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
- Cornstarch – 10 g
- Spices (coriander, chili, khmeli suneli, smoked paprika, Svanska blend) – to taste
Preparation:
- Slice the chicken breast into small pieces. Marinate it in soy sauce and wasabi.
- Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- While the chicken marinates, toast the sesame seeds until golden brown in a dry skillet.
- Sauté the chicken for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
- For the sauce, mix water with cornstarch, add soy sauce and spices. Stir well.
- Add the sauce to the chicken, stir, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add sesame seeds and let the chicken cook for another 2 minutes.
