  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jello: In a mixing bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add sliced strawberries. Pour into a 9×13 inch baking dish and refrigerate until set (at least 4 hours).
  2. Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press into the bottom of the Jello-set dish. Chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  4. Layer the Cream: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.
  5. Prepare Vanilla Pudding: Whisk vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Add Whipped Topping: Top with the remaining whipped topping, smoothing evenly.
  7. Finish and Chill: Refrigerate for an additional 4 hours or overnight.
