🧀 Baked Feta with Olives & Sun-Dried Tomatoes 🍅
Ingredients:
- 8-ounce block of feta cheese
- 1 cup pitted olives, drained
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
- Sliced French bread or crostini, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Dish: Place the feta cheese block in a small baking dish. Arrange the pitted olives and sun-dried tomatoes around the cheese.
- Mix the Seasonings: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, sliced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary, kosher salt, and fresh cracked pepper.
- Add Seasonings to Feta: Pour the seasoned olive oil mixture over the feta, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. For a slightly golden top, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Serve warm with slices of French bread or crostini.
