- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Your favorite barbecue sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and dried thyme to create a rub.
- Coat the drumsticks with the spice rub, ensuring even coverage.
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking and place the drumsticks on the grill.
