  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butterscotch Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Harry Potter-Inspired Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in one egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
  5. Scoop 7-8 balls of dough onto the baking sheet, flattening to about 3/4 inch thick.
