4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. For skillet cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off excess. Place the chicken on the grill or skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes to retain its juices.
Slice the chicken and sprinkle with fresh parsley for added flavor and color.
