Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. If grilling, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. For skillet cooking, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
