Ingredients
Scale
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Water
2 large Eggs
1 pinch Salt
1 dash White Pepper
12 oz Spam, diced
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 cups Cooked White Rice
1 tablespoon Furikake
2 tablespoons Green Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Fried Garlic
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce with 1 tablespoon of water until fully combined. Set aside.
Crack 2 large eggs into a bowl and whisk vigorously. Add a pinch of salt and a dash of white pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, add a drizzle of oil, pour in the whisked eggs, and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
In the same skillet, increase the heat to medium and add 12 ounces of diced Spam. Cook undisturbed for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
Once the Spam is browned, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar evenly and toss. Pour in the soy sauce mixture and stir together. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
To plate, place cooked white rice on each plate and top with glazed Spam and fluffy scrambled eggs. Garnish with fried garlic, furikake, and chopped green onion.
