1 cup Grated Carrot
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Agave Nectar
1 cup Milk
1 large Egg
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and salt, whisking thoroughly.
In a separate jug, whisk together vanilla extract, agave nectar, milk, and large egg until fully combined.
