Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
8 slices of cheddar cheese
12 slider buns
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Pickles
Ketchup and mustard (for serving)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet.
Once the cheese has melted, place each patty on the bottom half of the buns. Top with lettuce, a slice of tomato, pickles, and any additional condiments you prefer.
Place the top halves of the buns on the assembled sliders. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, just until the buns are warm and slightly toasted.
Remove from the oven, slice the sliders if desired, and serve immediately with extra ketchup and mustard on the side.
Notes
Adjust the cooking time for your preferred doneness.
