  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream (or milk)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine diced ham, chopped spinach, cooked quinoa, and 1½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream (or milk), eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the ham and spinach mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Optional: Mix breadcrumbs with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
