This easy cherry chocolate dip is a creamy, no-bake dessert that combines the sweetness of maraschino cherries with rich chocolate. It’s quick to prepare, taking only 15 minutes, and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup Maraschino Cherries, juice reserved
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 tsp Almond Extract
  • 0.5 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and use a hand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar along with vanilla and almond extracts. Mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour in 2 tablespoons of reserved cherry juice from the maraschino cherries and stir gently to combine until the dip adopts a pink hue.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip using a rubber spatula until the mixture is light and fluffy, roughly 1-2 minutes.
  5. Carefully mix in the chopped maraschino cherries and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the cherry chocolate dip.
  6. Transfer the whipped cherry chocolate dip to a serving bowl, smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
