2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
2 tablespoons olive oil (optional, for breadcrumbs)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare Broccoli: Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until just tender, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
