Chicken Meatballs in Cream Sauce “TREB’YAN” π²
Ingredients for 4 servings (16 pieces):
- πΊ Chicken fillet – 500 g
- πΊ Egg – 1 pc.
- πΊ Onion – 1 pc. (150 g)
- πΊ Olive oil – 2 ml
- πΊ Garlic – 4 cloves
- πΊ Ginger – 1 tbsp.
- πΊ Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
- πΊ Cream 10% – 250 ml
- πΊ Curry spices – 4 tsp.
- πΊ Smoked paprika – 1 tsp.
- πΊ Ground chili – 1/3 tsp.
- πΊ Cardamom – 1/3 tsp.
- πΊ Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp.
- πΊ Dried basil – 1 tsp.
Preparation:
- Grind the onion in a meat grinder together with the chicken fillet.
- Add the egg and 1 clove of garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix everything well and form meatballs with moist hands. Fry the meatballs on a skillet with olive oil on medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
- Add spices, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 tbsp. finely chopped ginger to the cream, along with the tomato paste. Pour over the meatballs and simmer covered for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish.
