Chicken Meatballs in Cream Sauce “TREB’YAN” 🍲

Ingredients for 4 servings (16 pieces):

  • πŸ”Ί Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • πŸ”Ί Egg – 1 pc.
  • πŸ”Ί Onion – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • πŸ”Ί Olive oil – 2 ml
  • πŸ”Ί Garlic – 4 cloves
  • πŸ”Ί Ginger – 1 tbsp.
  • πŸ”Ί Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
  • πŸ”Ί Cream 10% – 250 ml
  • πŸ”Ί Curry spices – 4 tsp.
  • πŸ”Ί Smoked paprika – 1 tsp.
  • πŸ”Ί Ground chili – 1/3 tsp.
  • πŸ”Ί Cardamom – 1/3 tsp.
  • πŸ”Ί Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp.
  • πŸ”Ί Dried basil – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Grind the onion in a meat grinder together with the chicken fillet.
  2. Add the egg and 1 clove of garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix everything well and form meatballs with moist hands. Fry the meatballs on a skillet with olive oil on medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add spices, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 tbsp. finely chopped ginger to the cream, along with the tomato paste. Pour over the meatballs and simmer covered for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish.
