Chicken Meatballs in Cream Sauce ‘TREBYAN’
Ingredients for 4 servings (16 pieces):
- Chicken fillet – 500 g
- Egg – 1 piece
- Onion – 1 piece (150 g)
- Olive oil – 2 ml
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Ginger – 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
- Cream 10% fat – 250 ml
- Curry spices – 4 tsp
- Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
- Ground chili – 1/3 tsp
- Cardamom – 1/3 tsp
- Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp
- Dried basil – 1 tsp
Preparation:
- Grind the onion in a meat grinder together with the chicken fillet.
- Add egg and 1 clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and shape the meatballs with wet hands. Fry the meatballs in a skillet with oil on medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
- Add spices, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger, and tomato paste to the cream. Pour over the meatballs and simmer covered for about 10-15 minutes. Serve with any side dish.
