Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast
- 1 boiled and finely mashed potato
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, ground coriander, and paprika
- Instant broth packet (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
For Coating:
- 2 cups crispy coating mix
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs mixed with 2 tablespoons of milk
For Serving:
- French fries
- Ketchup
Method:
- Preparation: In a food processor, finely blend all the ingredients until well combined.
- Shaping: Take two plastic bags and coat them lightly with oil. Spread the nugget mixture between the bags, flattening it to a thickness of 1.5 cm. Place in the refrigerator or freezer for one hour.

Coating:
- Mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- Combine the crispy coating mix with bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the eggs with milk until well combined.

Cutting and Frying:
- Cut the nugget mixture into squares.
- Dip each piece first in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the crispy coating mix.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
- Serving: Drain the nuggets on paper towels. Serve hot with French fries and a bowl of ketchup.
