- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take each chicken breast and slice it in half horizontally to create thinner pieces.
